Why they support ISA

The segment after the Malaysiakini interview with Amin Iskandar shows a group that assembled near a venue where an anti-ISA forum was held. The group expressed its firm support for the ISA for reasons of protecting ‘Malay rights’ and Malay Rulers and also promoting ‘unity’. In other words, this law is the foundation of all things it treasures.

I wonder since when does ISA protect the Malays’ right. Pity those pro ISA group. How I wish this pro ISA group go through a week under the ISA. Seemed to me, the pro ISA group is misled, misinformed and possibility of being manipulated.
There is a need to engage the group that they represent as mentioned in the video clip. Either they are confused or ignorant. Amazing isn’t it?

I was amazed that they now think that ISA is a necessary tool to be a Malay. No ISA means not Malay? I tot they just need to look at the IC to see their own race. kekek.

So, those 60 ISA detainees of Malay origin are no longer Malay? So, if you are caught under ISA one then is no longer Malay and does not need any protection? I can’t see their bias reasoning when naturally, people should be accorded right to defend themselves. These ISA families need their husbands back.

ISA ruins our happiness. My husband has been detained since 2002 and untul now he is still occupying one of the cells there. After 6 years, the stupid Home Minister still saying that those poor detainees, (especially detained more than 6 years) need to get more rehab therefore they have to stay there longer…

The pro ISA group has no sense of Human Rights, common sense tells us that we need to have trials to determine if one is innocent or not. ISA allows for detention without trial. Our Home Minister becomes the prosecuter, the trial judge all in one.Only God can do this job. Syed Albar is more powerful than god. All are at his mercy. he decides who goes under ISA, who gets out of ISA.
