Light the candle tonight

Tonight’s get-together is the last of the anti-ISA candlelight vigils. As usual, it will be held at 9.00 pm in front of Dewan Sri Pinang in George Town.

There’ll be songs, speeches and messages to remind us all of the urgency to repeal the draconian law and also to stand united in solidarity with the ISA detainees.

Sad that this is going to be the last vigil, i will be there with 3 friends. Hope there will be other alternatives to bring awareness of how cruel this ISA rule is to innocent people like RPK and the Hindrafs who are merely fighting for justice for all races. May our good God continue to bless these people who are currently in the Kamunting detention camp. We look forward to your release soon…. God has a way that we do not know…. AMEN….

May the candles burn long and bright
To dispel all darkness of the night
We pray for justice to be within sight
When enough people know & do what is right

There will be no light in every Indians heart as the Hindraf light has been diminished by senseless and shameless people. Hindraf is modeled after our great leader Mahatma Ghandhi who had always advocated Non-Violence. To equate with other terrorrist groups like al-queda is certainly ignorance of our Home Minister. We hope rationality will prevail. Our most important role is keep the spirit of hindraf in our hearts and soul.they can break our bones and beats us but we shall refuse to give our souls.
