Another candle-light vigil in Penang

Another ISA vigil will be held in front of Dewan Sri Pinang in George Town tonight at 9.00 pm. This peaceful gathering, organised by GMI (Gerakan Mansuh ISA, or Abolish ISA Movement), is meant to serve as a platform for Malaysians to register their collective protest against the ISA, and also to give moral support to existing ISA detainees.

Please wear black attire and the ‘Abolish ISA’ badge. Also, please bring along candle or torchlight for this vigil.

Let your light so shine before mankind
To remind all to be really mutually kind
Through the light people can truly find
The love from above that freely binds
