A video documentary, produced by Big Pictures and under the able direction of Anna Har, traces the political development in post-March 8 Malaysia, particularly in the states under the rule of the Pakatan Rakyat. The docu also highlights problems associated with thorny State-Federal relations in these states in the Federation.
Incidentally, some 243 VCD copies of this ‘Selepas Tsunami’ documentary were seized by police in Sibu at the height of the recent Sarawak by-election campaign as they claimed that these VCDs were of ‘seditious’ nature. The police, however, declared the next day that the VCDs were not seditious.
